A cabinet of curious old works

A treasure cabinet of strange and wonderful old works.

By The Public Domain Review (UK CIC)Free to visitA Starvard Treasure

The Public Domain Review hunts through old books, prints, films and recordings for the odd and the beautiful. Each find comes with a short essay explaining where it came from and why it is worth a look.

You might land on a colour chart, a book of cloud drawings or a strange early animation. It is a place for slow browsing and happy surprises.

Do not search for anything. Just open the collections and wander: a colour chart here, a book of cloud drawings there. Each find comes with a short essay on where it came from and why it is worth a look.
